What is your coaching style like?
Client-centered approach, with powerful thought-provoking questioning that encourages self-reflection and provides insight and clarity towards objectives.
How do you handle confidentiality and privacy during coaching sessions?
Strick protection of any information obtained around the coaching engagement unless consent to release is given. Additionally, each technological component utilized during coaching services has the highest level of security settings available and is continually reviewed to ensure ethical standards are met.
What happens if I feel stuck or frustrated during our coaching sessions?
This is a reality for all of us sometimes. Together, we will acknowledge and honor the feeling, revisit goals and priorities, brainstorm possibilities, and consider pausing or taking a break.
Are there any additional resources or tools you recommend outside of our coaching sessions to support my progress?
There are great resources available that I am happy to recommend upon request as it supports the coaching relationship.
What are your policies regarding missed or rescheduled sessions?
Life happens, meaning there is understanding and grace to go around. Each coaching relationship starts with contract/agreement that both the Coach and Client sign. Within that contract are the specifics of what to do in the event of missed sessions or rescheduling details. The gist of the policy is this: communication in writing and we can make any situation work.
Can you accommodate specific preferences or needs I have, such as scheduling constraints or preferred communication methods?
Absolutely! Zoom, Teams, Facetime, classic phone call - I can accommodate. Zoom is ideal however because it is woven into the experience but in a pinch we can arrange an alternative.

With a client-centered approach, we work together to find measurements that are meaningful to the client and serve their objectives
